Hello! I am a Master Trainer with over 35+ years experience training and coaching clients and instructing fitness classes. My experience includes training in places such as Bally's, Golds Gym, Bodyplex, Anytime Fitness and teaching Pilates classes at Gwinnett Medical Center. Several years ago, I decided to open my own training studio/coaching business and there is nothing else I would rather be doing with the exception of riding my Harley, camping, laying on the beach or hiking somewhere, anywhere with my hubby and Nibbles, our long-haired chihuahua!

My profession and passion is helping you feel the best you can not only physically, but mentally as well. I want to know your goals and help you take control of your own health and physical fitness. You'll will get results by finding an activity you enjoy and I keep up to date on all the most effective fitness and nutrition trends and workouts. If you're already conditioned, you will be challenged to level up, and never get bored. For those that need it, I will coach and motivate you through this journey so you'll have the support you need, whether you have never exercised before or are trying to lose weight.
It's never, ever too late to be physically and emotionally well. Every decade, our bodies change and we start to lose muscle, balance, mobility and flexibility but we can slow it down. Of course eventually, life takes its toll but why not be fit, healthy and feel the best you can for as long as you can for yourself and those who love and depend on you, while on this journey called life. I want to help you.

Sometimes it's not just about fitting into those skinny jeans and sometimes it is! Maybe you want to just feel better. Whatever the motivation for losing weight and keeping it off is, I can help you. Yo-yo’ing is more harmful to your body than maintaining an unhealthy weight. Together. we will create a nutrition plan that if you stick to it, you WILL lose body fat and more importantly, gain lean muscle tissue, which increases your metabolism. I don’t believe in starving or quick weight loss diets because they're not successful long term. It is my experience that the most successful plans are simple: healthy eating + physical activity = best results! I will work with you to keep you accountable, on track and motivated to reach your goals.
Have you been diagnosed with low bone density or Osteopenia/Osteoporosis? I have been specially trained to help you maintain strong bones, have good posture, be steady on your feet and eat foods that promote strong bones. As you probably know, you are at risk for fractures of the hip, spine and wrists. Spinal fractures are of special concern as they are usually silent, can be painful, raise your chances of another spinal fracture and cause your shoulders and upper back to round forward called hyper-kyphosis or more commonly, Dowagers Hump. You can't reverse bone loss but you can maintain the bone you have with specialized resistance and weight bearing exercises, balance training to prevent falls leading to fractures, and posture correcting exercises to strengthen your spine/back muscles & stand tall.
